Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PixHarvest (pixharvest.com and its subdomains, including the change-intelligence product family: Shopify Intel, GitHub Intel, Hacker News Intel, App Store Intel and Hiring Intelligence), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Services

PixHarvest provides data APIs, dashboards and related content: US import tariff data (duty rates, Section 301/232 estimates) and change-intelligence data (store, repo, mention, app-store and hiring signals). Free tiers and samples are provided as-is; paid plans grant usage limits described on /pricing.

3. Accounts & API keys

Paid plans issue an access key after payment. Keys are personal to the subscriber; sharing, reselling or embedding keys in public repositories without permission is prohibited. You are responsible for activity under your key.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use the services for unlawful activity; attempt to overload, probe or circumvent rate limits; scrape or mirror bulk data beyond your plan's allowance; or repackage our data as a competing dataset without a data-resale agreement.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (card) and via USDC on Base (x402). Prices are listed in USD. Paid plans do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The PixHarvest name, logo, website and software are our property. Public tariff and marketplace data referenced by our APIs remains subject to its original sources; we provide source links on each result.

7. Disclaimer

Data is provided for information purposes, sourced from public schedules and live public signals, and may contain errors or lag. We are not providing legal, customs or financial advice. Verify critical rates with an official source before acting.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixHarvest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
