What exactly do I get when I buy a pack?
One intelligence pack for one product category, containing five sections: competitive price bands, stock-out and scarcity signals, new-arrival tracking, whitespace positioning suggestions, and the raw data table. It arrives as a PDF, a CSV and a web report. See the free sample for the exact layout.
Is the data real, or is it made up?
Real. Paid packs are built from captured public storefront data. The free sample uses illustrative numbers so you can judge the format without us publishing anyone's real pricing — that page is clearly labelled as example data throughout.
Where does the data come from?
Two public sources: Shopify storefronts' public product data, and the WooCommerce Store API. We read what stores publish on purpose — no logins, no private accounts. If a store blocks automated reads, we leave it out and tell you which stores were included.
How fresh is the data?
Every pack carries a capture timestamp on each row and on the cover note. A one-time Starter pack is a single snapshot from the moment it was built. Watch and Pro refresh weekly, so you can compare week to week.
Can't I just ask an AI chatbot to do this?
A chatbot has no live view of your competitors and tends to invent plausible prices. A report needs captured data first and reasoning second. In PixHarvest, the scraping is deterministic and repeatable; the AI only summarises, clusters and writes plain-language conclusions — it doesn't invent figures. See the comparison on the homepage.
I don't write code. Do I need to set anything up?
No. You buy, and within about 30 seconds you get a download link by email. The pack opens as a PDF, a CSV and a web report. Nothing to install, no dashboard to learn, no API keys.
How fast is delivery?
The link is generated automatically the moment your payment clears — typically within about 30 seconds. There's no waiting for a human to press send.
How many competitor stores are covered?
Each pack covers 10–20 competitor stores in a single category. Pro covers three categories, each at that depth. Tell us the category and any names you already know, and we build the set from stores whose public data we can verify.
What if my category isn't covered yet?
Tell us the category — before you buy, if you like. If we can't cover it properly with verifiable public data, we'll say so rather than sell you a thin report.
How does billing work?
Starter is a one-time $19 payment. Watch ($29/month) and Pro ($79/month) are month-to-month subscriptions that renew automatically. Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, which supports major cards and local payment methods.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time. Cancel from the link in your receipt and you won't be charged again. You keep every pack already delivered.
Can my Starter purchase count toward a subscription?
Yes. Move to Watch or Pro within 30 days of a $19 Starter purchase, email us, and we'll apply the $19 as credit toward your first month.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if you're not satisfied. Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and we'll process it — no partial credits, no forms. Full detail on the refund policy page.
Do you provide invoices and receipts?
Your payment provider issues a receipt automatically for every charge. Need a formal invoice with a company billing name or tax reference? Write to us and we'll send one.
