What's your refund policy?
Full refund if you're not satisfied. Email [email protected] and we'll process it — no partial credits, no interrogation. See the refund policy for the detail.
If I buy Starter, can it count toward a subscription?
Yes. If you buy a $19 Starter pack and then move to Watch or Pro within 30 days, email us and we'll apply the $19 as credit toward your first month. That way you never pay twice for the same category.
Do you provide invoices or receipts?
Your payment provider issues a receipt for every charge automatically. If you need a formal invoice — for a company, a specific billing name or a VAT/tax reference — write to us and we'll send one.
How does billing work for Watch and Pro?
They're month-to-month subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt — you keep every pack you've already received, and you won't be charged again.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, which supports all major cards and a range of local payment methods at the checkout page. Nothing is charged until you complete the checkout yourself.
What if my category isn't covered yet?
Tell us the category when you buy, or email us first. If it isn't one we can cover properly with verifiable public data, we'll say so before you pay rather than sell you a thin report.
