PixHarvest reads public storefront data — business facts, not people. The only personal information we ever hold is an email address you give us. Here is the whole policy, in plain English.

You can use the whole site — including the free sample — without giving us anything. We only learn your email if you buy a pack or write to us, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your email address — the one you enter at checkout or in a message to us — and the category you ask about. That is the only personal data we store. Payments are handled entirely by Dodo Payments; we never see or store your card details.
Our reports are built from products, prices and stock that storefronts publish publicly. It's business information about products, not information about people. We don't log in, don't touch private accounts, and don't build profiles of anyone.
We count page views with our own server-side beacon — no cookies, no IP address stored, no cross-site tracking, no third-party ad networks. Rows show an event, a page, a country and a rough “human or bot” flag, and are deleted after 30 days.
Three service providers, each under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Dodo Payments (checkout and receipts), and Brevo (delivering our emails). We don't sell or rent your email to anyone.
Reply to any email with the word STOP, or email [email protected] and ask to be removed. We add you to a suppression list immediately and you won't hear from us again.
Yes. Write to [email protected] and we'll tell you exactly what we have — normally just your email and the category you bought — and delete it on request. We answer within one business day.
No cookies of our own beyond your browser's normal session, and no advertising or cross-site trackers. Our analytics are cookieless and first-party, as described above.
Pack access links stay valid for 180 days, then expire. Analytics rows are deleted after 30 days. If you ask us to delete your email, we remove it from our active records — though a minimum record of a completed sale is kept where tax and accounting rules require it.
We occasionally email a supplement brand whose public storefront data showed something worth a look. Every such message names us, carries a real postal address, and has a one-word opt-out. One “STOP” and that address and domain are suppressed permanently.
